US Shipping

USPS First Class Mail: FREE

USPS Priority Mail: $8.99

USPS Express Mail: $29.99

All items are shipped by Insured United States Postal Service (USPS) Mail with Tracking / Delivery Confirmation. Shipments greater than $500 will require Signature Confirmation upon Delivery.

We will ship to the address you input or the Paypal address on file (if paid through Paypal).

We attempt to ship within 1 - 3 business days of purchase (Generally, within 1 day). It can take between 2 and 7 business days for delivery.

Please send us an email if you have any special shipping requests. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

International Shipping

USPS Priority International Mail: $59.99

We ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom by USPS Priority International Mail.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES:

After purchase, we will send out an email confirmation regarding your order. Please respond with your confirmation. In the event we do not receive confirmation, your method of payment will NOT be charged and the order will be cancelled.

Many international packages are currently experiencing delays and could take up to 60 days to get there due to Postal issues brought about by the pandemic. Most packages get there sooner but we wanted to make you aware. Thank you for your patience and please take this wait time into consideration should you decide to purchase.

All items are shipped with Full Insurance and Tracking / Delivery Confirmation. Shipments $500 or greater will require Signature Confirmation upon Delivery.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as well as PayPal. Please contact if you need assistance with other payment options.

Verification and Shipping Address

When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and are confident that you will be happy with our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product/s to us. Please contact us by email, and return the item in its original condition within 7 calendar days of receipt.

We charge a 20% fee for restocking the item. You will receive a credit less the restocking fee. This credit will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. We do not refund shipping and insurance when an item is returned. The refund will be issued in the same method that payment was made.

We also encourage you to include insurance and tracking on the return package for your protection.
